2. What this website does not do

This website does not use analytics or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers. The only cookies are technically necessary security cookies set by our content delivery provider (see below).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the website securely. This data is not combined with other data sources. It is stored for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website). IONOS processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Content delivery and security (Cloudflare)

To deliver this website securely and protect it against attacks, requests are routed through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes the technical connection data described above (in particular your IP address) on our behalf and may set technically necessary cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated attacks (e.g. "__cf_bm"). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and fast website) and, for cookies, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and we have concluded a data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Contact by email

If you email us – for example to be notified at launch – we process your email address and message to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to inform you once when SmallCapAlpha launches. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent, which you can do at any time by email.

6. Links to other platforms

This website links to our profiles on X and YouTube. Data is only transferred to these platforms when you click a link; their own privacy policies then apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Lower Saxony data protection authority (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen).
